US President Donald Trump stated that the time has not yet come to reach a peace agreement with Iran.

It was reported by journalists from the American television network CNN.

Commenting on the course of hostilities in the region during a dinner hosted by the White House Correspondents’ Association, Trump assured that “it’s all going extremely well.”

He also noted that the US “hit Iran very hard” and that Tehran no longer has a navy or air force.

“They have very few drones left, despite what you see,” Trump said.

The US president is convinced that Iran would “love to make a deal, but he does not “think they’re ready to.”

“I don’t it’s time yet, but I’m willing to listen,” Trump said.

Meanwhile, as the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and US President Donald Trump are scheduled to meet in Washington on Tuesday, July 28.
