Soldiers of the 425th Separate Assault Regiment "Skelia" carried out a successful operation in Kostiantynivka, Donetsk Region. Our defenders completely cleared the central part of the city of russian occupiers and raised the Ukrainian flag.
It was reported yesterday by Skelia, which released a video on Telegram.
The footage shows russian troops concentrating in the residential area of Kostiantynivka. The occupiers’ positions were then attacked by Ukrainian drones. The regiment also released a video showing russian forces being defeated within the city limits.
Soldiers from other units (in particular, the 36th Marine Brigade) confirm that the Defense Forces are firmly holding the city. All attempts by the occupiers to infiltrate are detected on the outskirts; the enemy is eliminated, and their supply routes are constantly coming under fire.
“Kostiantynivka remains under the control of the Ukrainian Defense Forces. No foreign flag or cheap propaganda stunt by the occupiers will change that,” the military commented.
