"The names of dry cargo ships and tankers, painted over by Black Sea looters, as well as deactivated radars intended to facilitate the covert theft of Ukrainian grain, "transfers" of military cargo and "fuel" no longer imply either the long-term survivability of large, slow-moving targets classified as military or the regularity of shipments," Madyar wrote.

Among the targets hit were dry cargo ships and a tanker.

As a reminder, a Project 10410 border patrol ship (codenamed "Svetlyak") was recently struck in the waters of the Sea of Azov. The extent of the damage is being assessed.
