Ukrainian defense forces reduced the number of russian occupation army by 1,080 invaders over the past day. Russia's total combat losses in manpower amount to 1,317,150 people.
Hundreds of units of enemy equipment and weapons were also eliminated.
Updated data on russian losses were released by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In the morning report of April 18, the General Staff said that the day before, Ukrainian soldiers destroyed six tanks (11,876), 10 armored combat vehicles (24,410), 82 artillery systems (40,242), four MLRS (1,743), 2,104 operational and tactical UAVs (243,008).
Additionally, 180 vehicles and tankers were destroyed (90,194).
Russia lost 2,386 units of weapons and equipment, including drones, over the day.
In total, during the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, russia also lost 1,349 air defense systems, 435 aircraft, 350 helicopters, 4,549 cruise missiles, 33 ships/boats, two submarines, and 4,129 pieces of special equipment.
