The President of Ukraine will discuss strengthening partnership and stability in Europe in Turkey. The main topics will be the protection of lives and security of regions.
The Head of State identified these topics for discussion during his visit to Turkey to meet with Erdogan.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has identified topics for discussion during his visit to Turkey to meet with President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

"Arrived in Istanbul, where important meetings are planned. We have prepared meaningful talks with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. We are working to strengthen our partnership for the sake of real protection of human life and bringing stability and security to our Europe and the Middle East. Joint efforts always give the best results," Zelenskyy wrote on X.
Later, during the bilateral meeting, the leaders of Ukraine and Turkey discussed bilateral relations between the countries, security cooperation, as well as the situation in Europe and the Middle East.

"It is important that joint and coordinated actions strengthen the protection of life and allow us to provide more security to people in every part of the world," Zelenskyy said in a post on social media.
According to the President of Ukraine, during the talks, they agreed on new steps in the field of security.
"This concerns, first of all, those things with which we can support Turkey: expertise, technology, experience. There is a fundamental political willingness to work together, and our teams will finalize the details in the coming days," Zelenskyy wrote on Telegram.
The President of Ukraine added that the parties discussed practical steps to implement joint projects for the development of gas infrastructure and the possibility of joint development of gas fields.
