The company intends to transform the "frozen" zone near European Square into a modern space, financing the work exclusively with its own funds.

Investment fund "ARS Capital" officially announced the acquisition of a controlling stake in "Graal" LLC. This deal could mark a new stage in the development of the capital's center, particularly the territory near European Square.
As the company reported, the investment fund has already applied to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) and received approval for the concentration. This is a necessary step for concluding the deal in full compliance with current legislation.
At the same time, the investor emphasizes that financing of the planned transaction will be carried out exclusively through the own funds of investment structures, without involving budget financing.
The real estate properties and land plots planned for acquisition are located in a landmark location in Kyiv – near European Square and Khreshchatyk and Mykhailo Hrushevsky streets. For a long time, this territory has been in the state of a "frozen" development project.
The potential investor aims to transform this zone into a modern, functional space that corresponds to the status of a European capital. The absolute priority of the project is called the development of the city center's infrastructure and ensuring the comfort of citizens.
The concept provides not only for the construction of the "Stolychny" office-hotel complex, but also for large-scale reconstruction of adjacent territories.
The key elements of the updated location should include:
Multi-level underground parking: designed to solve the critical problem of parking space deficit in the central part of Khreshchatyk.
Modern pedestrian crossings: creating safe and comfortable conditions for movement of residents and city guests.
Renovation of European Square: bringing the adjacent territory to a unified architectural and aesthetic standard.
The fund emphasizes a responsible attitude toward Kyiv's historic center.
