Investment fund Pluralis B.V. (Netherlands) has concentrated 13% in the online edition of "Ukrayinska Pravda".
This is evidenced by the information in the YouControl system.
The Foundation owned 13% each in UP Media LLC and UP Media Plus LLC, which are the legal entities in whose name the publication is registered.
Tomas Fiala, the founder of the investment company Dragon Capital, owns 87% of these LLCs.
As reported, Dragon Capital at the end of January announced the sale of a minority stake in "Ukrayinska Pravda" by Tomas Fiala, but did not name the exact size of the sold stake.
Fiala also owns the publication NV and the news radio station Radio NV.
