Ukraine needs militarization for sustainable survival, as the war will continue and there will be no elections. MP Mariana Bezuhla shared this forecast on her Facebook account on Wednesday, December 31.
Bezuhla noted that she would not summarize the results of the year. According to her, she was right in all her previous assumptions and conclusions
"There will be no year-end results. I have already said everything, shown everything, and unfortunately, I was right. Without military reform, we are a hospice. The war continues. There will be no peace. There will be no elections. Only militarization is the only way to sustainable survival. The goal for 2026 is to break the inertial scenario by all possible means," the MP wrote.
Bezuhla called breaking the inertial scenario of war within and beyond her capabilities, as well as carrying out national security and defense reform, her personal goal for the next year.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on December 24, MP Mariana Bezuhla posted a photo with a man who, by the looks of it, resembled the Ambassador of Ukraine to the UK and former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valerii Zaluzhnyi.
On December 16, Bezuhla blocked the rostrum of the Verkhovna Rada before the meeting demanding the dismissal of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi.
