A drone attack on the port infrastructure took place in Temryuk, Krasnodar Krai, on the night of December 5. The region confirmed the presence of damage and fire.

Russian publics were the first to report on UAV strikes on the Temryuk commercial seaport. Later, there was information about a hit on fuel tanks and a fire.

The russian federation's Krasnodar Krai Operations Center confirmed the incident, saying that the fire was extinguished by eight pieces of equipment. The statement said: "Due to an attack by a UAV of the Kyiv regime, elements of the port infrastructure in Temryuk were damaged. There was a fire."

Astra, having analyzed the eyewitness video, clarified that the video was filmed from the Temryuk - Golubitskaya station, about 4 km from the port. According to russian sources, a gas terminal was on fire.

The Temryuk seaport is located in the Gulf of Azov on the Taman Peninsula. It handles various cargoes, including liquefied petroleum gas and other oil products. According to the company's website, the main area of work is the transshipment of general, bulk, including grain, and liquid cargo, as well as the lease of production and storage facilities.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on November 26, the Ukrainian Defense Forces attacked the VNIIR-Progress enterprise in Cheboksary, which produces navigation equipment for missiles.
