AFU destroy 1,090 occupiers, 14 tanks and 38 armored vehicles. General Staff reports losses of russia per day
Russian losses in the war in Ukraine on Friday morning, December 15, amounted to 1,090 occupiers, the total number of losses of the russian army since the beginning of the invasion is about 343,890 of the military. In addition, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 38 armored fighting vehicles, 24 vehicles and 20 drones.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total combat losses of the enemy from 02/24/22 to 12/15/23 were approximately:
- personnel - about 343,890 (+ 1,090) people eliminated;
- tanks - 5,706 (+ 14) units;
- armored fighting vehicles - 10,654 (+ 38) units;
- artillery systems - 8,099 (+ 11) units;
- MLRS - 920 units;
- air defense means - 605 units;
- aircraft - 324 units;
- helicopters - 324 units;
- UAVs of operational and tactical level - 6,226 (+ 20) units;
- cruise missiles - 1,608 (+ 2) units;
- ships/boats - 22 units;
- submarines - 1 unit;
- motor vehicles and tank trucks - 10,699 (+ 24) units;
- special equipment - 1,189 (+ 4) units.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the United States has released data on russian losses near Avdiivka since the start of the offensive in October. In particular, the enemy suffered more than 13,000 of losses in troops, as well as lost more than 220 combat vehicles.
In November, it was reported that, according to Western officials, the aggressor state of the russian federation lost between 300,000 and 400,000 of the military in the war in Ukraine.
