2 more ships leave ports of Great Odesa

On October 8, the Forza Doria and New Legacy ships with Ukrainian cargo left the port of Great Odesa and successfully reached the territorial sea of Romania.

Andrii Klymenko, head of the Institute of Black Sea Strategic Studies, announced this on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

"Thus, since September 19, 2023, 12 vessels have successfully left the ports of Great Odesa with cargo (recall that 17 vessels have arrived since September 16, 2023). To those that successfully left with cargo, you can add 5 vessels from the number of previously blocked, that came out in the period from August 16 to September 15, 2023," the expert added.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on September 21, the bulk carrier Resilient Africa arrived at the Turkish Bosphorus Strait.

This is the first ship with grain from Ukraine that passed through the Black Sea through the temporary corridor.

On July 17, russia announced the withdrawal of shipping safety guarantees in the Black Sea to ensure the "grain corridor".
