AFU destroy 470 occupiers, 23 tanks and 23 artillery systems. General Staff reports enemy losses per day
The defense forces of Ukraine continue to inflict significant losses on russian occupiers in manpower and equipment. So, the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated 470 more invaders in a day, destroyed 23 enemy tanks, 23 artillery systems and 9 armored vehicles.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total combat losses of the enemy from 02/24/22 to 09/01/23 were approximately:
- personnel - about 263,490 (+ 470) people eliminated,
- tanks - 4,459 (+ 23) units,
- armored fighting vehicles - 8,613 (+ 9) units,
- artillery systems - 5,530 (+ 23) units,
- MLRS - 735 (+ 1) units,
- air defense equipment - 500 units,
- aircraft - 315 units,
- helicopters - 316 units,
- operational-tactical level UAVs - 4,421 (+ 4) units,
- cruise missiles - 1,445 units,
- ships/boats - 18 units,
- automotive equipment and tank trucks - 8,009 (+ 33) units,
- special equipment - 831 (+ 1) units.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the aggressor country russia mobilizes about 20,000 people for the war against Ukraine every month.
Earlier, the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine said that russia plans to mobilize several hundred thousand more people to the war against Ukraine as part of a mass mobilization.
