AFU destroy another 470 occupiers and 28 artillery systems. General Staff reports enemy losses per day
Combat losses of russia in Ukraine on Friday morning, August 25, amounted to 470 of the invaders, the total number of losses of the russian army since the beginning of the invasion is 259,630 of the military. Besides, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 28 artillery systems, and 10 enemy AFVs.
This was reported on Facebook by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total combat losses of the enemy from 02/24/22 to 08/25/23 were approximately:
- personnel - about 259,630 (+ 470) people eliminated;
- tanks - 4,378 (+ 3) units;
- armored fighting vehicles - 8,521 (+ 10) units;
- artillery systems - 5,361 (+ 28) units;
- MLRS - 724 (+ 1) units;
- air defense equipment - 495 (+ 1) units;
- aircraft - 315 units;
- helicopters - 316 units;
- UAVs of operational and tactical level - 4,356 (+ 12) units;
- cruise missiles - 1,409 (+ 3) units;
- ships/boats - 18 units;
- automotive equipment and tank trucks - 7,790 (+ 17) units;
- special equipment - 802 (+ 1) units.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the aggressor country russia mobilizes about 20,000 people for the war against Ukraine every month.
Earlier, the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine said that russia plans to mobilize several hundred thousand more people to the war against Ukraine as part of a mass mobilization.
