Banks Allocate Loans To Farmers Worth UAH 34.5 Billion Since Year Start

Since the beginning of 2023, agricultural enterprises have attracted loans for more than UAH 34.5 billion.

This follows from a statement by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food, the Ukrainian News Agency reports.

Under the Affordable Loans 5-7-9 program, loans in the amount of almost UAH 20 billion were received.

The leaders in terms of lending volumes for this period are the Kyiv (UAH 7.3 billion), Vinnytsia (UAH 3.7 billion), Dnipropetrovsk (UAH 2.8 billion), Kirovohrad (UAH 2.7 billion), and Odesa (UAH 2.3 billion) Regions.

As the Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in 2022, 43,648 agricultural producers received loans in the amount of UAH 95.5 billion.
