Court Refuses To Arrest Ex-Acting Head Of State Fiscal Service Prodan, Discharges Him On Parole Of Number Of MPs

The Solomiyanskyi District Court of Kyiv has refused to arrest former acting head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, Myroslav Prodan, suspected of unlawful enrichment, and discharged him on parole of a number of members of the Ukrainian Parliament.

Ukrainian News agency learnt this from the court.

The court decided to discharge Prodan on parole of nine MPs.

As Ukrainian News earlier reported, Prodan arrived for interrogation at National Anticorruption Bureau (NACB), however, later refused to give testimony.
