Ex-State Fiscal Service Chairperson Nasirov Requests Court To Reinstate Him

Former chairperson of the State Fiscal Service Roman Nasirov has asked the District Administrative Court of Kyiv to reinstate him.

Press service of the court has said this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

Nasirov has requested the court to rule illegal and illicit the executive order of the Ukrainian Government dated January 31 to dismiss him as the chairperson of the State Fiscal Service.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on January 31, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dismissed Nasirov as the chairperson of the State Fiscal Service due to acquisition of citizenship of another country.
