Kyivenergo: Consumer Debt For Heat Energy UAH 4.7 Billion As At January 1

The Kyivenergo power distribution company (Kyiv) states that as of January 1 consumer debt for heat energy made UAH 4.7 billion.

The company's press-service announced this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

The statement reads, the debt of Kyiv consumers' for heat energy increased by UAH 784 million to UAH 4.7 billion as of January 1.

Major debtors for heat, heating and hot water were the population (UAH 2.6 billion) and housing management organizations (UAH 795 million).

The company states, the debts for heating and hot water from the state budget increased as well.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Kyivenergo power distribution company said that consumer debt for heat energy made UAH 3.9 billion as of December 1.
