Ukrnafta pays UAH 5 billion in dividends to budget for 2025

In 2025, Ukrnafta, the largest oil company, paid UAH 5 billion in dividends to the state budget.

This is said in a statement by Ukrnafta, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

The report says that by the end of 2025, Ukrnafta, as part of the Naftogaz Group, became the leader in the extractive industry with a turnover of UAH 99.6 billion.

The results of Ukrnafta's activities for 2025 have been confirmed by the independent international auditor KPMG.

According to Bohdan Kukura, Chairman of the Board of Ukrnafta, the company paid UAH 28.8 billion in taxes, duties and mandatory payments, as well as UAH 5 billion in dividends to the state.

In total, the company paid UAH 97.4 billion in taxes and dividends over the three years of its management.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, Ukrnafta paid UAH 5 billion in dividends to the state budget in 2024.

In 2025, the largest oil producer Ukrnafta increased oil production by 3.8% and gas production by 2.9%.

In November 2022, the shares of Motor Sich, Ukrnafta, AvtoKrAZ, Zaporizhtransformator (ZTR) and Ukrtatnafta were transferred to the state for the period of martial law.

After the martial law is over, the assets may be returned to their owners or their value will be reimbursed.
