NBU fines Credit Agricole Bank and 5 companies in March
The National Bank of Ukraine applied enforcement measures to one bank and five non-bank financial institutions in March 2026 for violating the requirements of the legislation in the field of preventing and counteracting the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime, terrorist financing and financing the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, as well as currency legislationю
This is stated in the report of the NBU, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
In particular, the NBU fined Credit Agricole Bank for UAH 300,000.
FC ALLIANCE CAPITAL GROUP LLC was fined UAH 1 million, FC Hertz LLC - UAH 612,000, FC Tiger Invest LLC - UAH 400,000, UFG PrJSC - UAH 85,000, and UPR PrJSC - UAH 1,700.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the number of non-banking financial market participants in February 2026 decreased by eight institutions - to 761, and the number of licensed banks in February - to 60.
