Turkey has expressed readiness to host the next round of talks in a trilateral format. Volodymyr Zelenskyy has stated this following a conversation with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

The parties discussed the situation around Iran and regional stability. The President emphasized that Kyiv is ready to share its expertise to prevent the expansion of the war, but at the same time counts on the support of partners in strengthening the Ukrainian air defense system.

"Mr. President noted that Turkey is ready to host the next round of talks in a trilateral format. We appreciate such an initiative and hope that it will bring results," the Head of State emphasized.

In addition to the negotiation process, the leaders discussed Turkey's role in ensuring maritime security within the Coalition of the Willing and future assistance for the Ukrainian energy sector. Zelenskyy thanked Erdogan for his continued support for Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity in the face of global security challenges.
