NABU summones MP Skorokhod for questioning
The National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) summoned Member of Parliament Hanna Skorokhod for questioning.
The MP wrote about this on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agnecy reports.
"Tomorrow (December 8) - to NABU. Tomorrow (December 8), at 11:00 am, I will go for questioning to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau. I will come, because I have nothing to hide. But you should know what is really behind this case. Tomorrow, immediately after the questioning, I will go to the central entrance of NABU. I invite journalists. I will give comments and answer your questions," the MP wrote.
She stated that she will defend her rights, reputation and honor.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, MP Skorokhod denied the accusations of extorting a bribe and stated that the NABU photo from the search of her is fake. NABU has released a video recording of searches involving MP Hanna Skorokhod, who was declared a suspect the day before. Skorokhod demanded a USD 250,000 bribe for imposing NSDC sanctions on one of the companies. The SSU, NABU, and SAPO in Kyiv exposed an organized group led by the MP. She is currently being searched. Skorokhod has become rich, and her ex-husband, a russian fugitive, has begun earning money on shelters in Ukraine.
