It is noted that the Ukrainian side of the talks was represented by NSDC Secretary Rustem Umerov and Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Andrii Hnatov.
Earlier, Associated Press sources informed that the US side was represented by US Presidential Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner. The talks were scheduled for December 4, after the American delegation's trip to moscow.
As a reminder, an aide to russian dictator vladimir putin, Yuri Ushakov, said, that after the talks in moscow with the American delegation they did not find a compromise variant of the peace plan to resolve the war in Ukraine.
Trump himself said that Witkoff and Kushner left the talks with putin convinced that he wants to find a way out of the war: "They got a very strong impression that he wants to make a deal."
