We will remind you that on the night of September 9-10, during the night attack of the russian federation on Ukraine, Polish airspace was repeatedly violated by drones. The Chief of the General Staff, General Wisław Kukula, admitted that 21 drones had flown into Poland.
Defensive procedures were then launched. The drones, which posed a direct threat, were shot down by Polish and allied aircraft. The publication noted that this is the first case in modern Polish history when the Air Force used weapons in the country's airspace. During the shooting down of drones in the village of Wiryki, a house was damaged.
Drones and their wreckage were found in the following voivodeships: Lublin (the largest), Masovian, Światkryskie, Łódź and Warmian-Masurian Voivodeships.
Meanwhile, on the night of October 5, russia carried out one of the largest combined attacks on Ukraine, using drones and various types of missiles at the same time.
