OKKO network owners refuse to lease KLO filling stations
The owners of the OKKO network рфму refused to lease KLO gas stations.
This is stated in the NV Business publication, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
According to the publication, OKKO was supposed to lease several dozen KLO filling stations in Kyiv and the Kyiv Region, but this did not happen in 5 months after the AMCU's permission, and the capital's fuel market has been significantly transformed
In April, OKKO Group decided to lease almost 60 KLO filling stations with the prospect of buying them out.
This would allow Vitalii Antonov's company to simultaneously expand its network by almost 15%, and KLO gas stations could disappear from the map of Ukrainian business this year.
"Something went wrong," the publication writes.
The press service of OKKO told NV Business that they refuse this deal.
But the capital's market for light oil products is being transformed by other players.
The capital's network of KLO filling stations was founded in 1995 by Kyiv residents.
The first gas station under the company colors and brand KLO was opened in the village of Korchuvate.
As of 2024, the KLO filling station network includes more than 70 filling stations with their own restaurants, shops, cafes, car washes in Kyiv, the Kyiv, Zhytomyr and Chernihiv Regions,
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in mid-April, OKKO-Drive LLC, a part of Vitalii Antonov's OKKO holding, wanted to lease 19 filling stations in Kyiv.
