Drivers in Kharkiv Region warned about danger on Izium-Sloviansk highway due to enemy drones
In the Kharkiv Region, drivers of motor vehicles are urged to avoid traveling on the Izium-Sloviansk highway due to the threat of enemy drones. The Infrastructure Restoration and Development Service in the Kharkiv Region has reported this on Facebook.
Drivers are urged to take the situation into account when planning trips and, if possible, avoid driving along the specified section.
"Due to the intensification of hostilities on the Lyman axis, the enemy is massively using FPV strike drones to destroy both military and civilian equipment. The section of the M-03 highway from Izium to Sloviansk remains particularly dangerous. Dear drivers! We urge you to take the situation into account when planning trips and, if possible, avoid driving along the specified section. For your safety, we recommend using alternative routes in the direction of Sloviansk," the message says.
It is noted that following these tips will help preserve life and health.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, traffic on the Kherson-Mykolaiv highway may be restricted due to strikes by russian drones, residents are asked to choose an alternative route.
In the border area of the Sumy Region, due to constant attacks by russian drones, anti-drone nets are being installed above the roads, which will protect logistics and citizens from enemy attacks.
