Russia launched missile strike on Kharkiv at night, there are casualties

On the night of May 22, the russian army launched a missile strike on Kharkiv. As a result of the attack, houses were damaged and there were casualties.

The mayor of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov, reported this on Telegram.

The threat of an enemy strike on the city was reported at around 1:30 a.m.. Later, explosions thundered in Kharkiv.

The mayor of Kharkiv specified that 8 private houses in the city were damaged as a result of the russian attack. It is also known about two victims who suffered an acute stress reaction.

At the same time, monitoring communities were informed that an enemy missile was flying in the direction of the city. In addition, the Air Forces warned that enemy Shaheds were spotted in the sky over the Kharkiv Region.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the administrative building of the Chuhuiv State Tax Inspectorate in the Kharkiv Region was damaged due to the russian attack.

On the night of April 24, russian forces attacked Kharkiv with cruise and ballistic missiles, as well as Shahed drones, injuring at least two people.

The russian invaders are striking Kharkiv almost daily. The damage from them is currently estimated at around EUR 10 billion.
