Ukrainian "Praktika" and Spanish Tecnova S.L. agree on cooperation in production of armored vehicles - Smetanin

The Ukrainian manufacturer of special automotive equipment " Scientific and Production Association "Praktika" and the Spanish company Tecnova S.L. have agreed on cooperation in the production of armored vehicles. This was announced by the Minister for Strategic Industries Herman Smetanin on the Telegram channel, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

"Today in Madrid, "Praktika" and the Spanish company Tecnova S.L. signed a Memorandum of Understanding. The parties agreed on cooperation in the direction of combining experience in the field of production of special and military products. This concerns, in particular, universal and specialized armored vehicles, as well as non-military armored vehicles. And also about the further joint development of armored vehicle production in the Kingdom of Spain," he said.

Smetanin noted that such cooperation between the companies will significantly strengthen the direction of armored vehicle production in Ukraine, combining the experience and technologies of Ukraine and Spain.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in February, the Ukrainian Defense Industry joint stock company (Ukroboronprom) agreed with the Canadian armored vehicle manufacturer Roshel to establish a joint production of armored vehicles in Ukraine.
