I am a command person. There is an order - I execute it," Kadyrov wrote.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on May 5, Kadyrov said that he had submitted his resignation.

Recall, on September 20, 2023, Kadyrov published a video from a hospital in the capital of the aggressor state, Moscow, and stated that he was supposedly alive and well against the background of rumors about his hospitalization.

On September 18, 2023, putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that they "do not have relevant information" regarding the health of the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov.

In April 2024, the russian publication Novaya Gazeta Europe reported that Kadyrov had been diagnosed with a brain disease in addition to pancreatic necrosis.
