Kremlin says it is ready for talks with "illegitimate" Zelenskyy

The russian dictator's spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the Kremlin is ready for talks with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. At the same time, he repeated russian lies about the alleged "illegitimacy" of the Ukrainian head of state.

The TASS propaganda agency has reported this.

When asked whether vladimir putin considers President Zelenskyy an "enemy", Peskov avoided a direct answer: "There cannot and should not be any room for emotions here."

In addition, he called the Ukrainian President's statement about his readiness for talks with russia "empty words."

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on January 28, Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that russian dictator vladimir putin's statements about the alleged illegitimacy of the Ukrainian President indicate that he is afraid to start peace talks.

Meanwhile, Zelenskyy called for the return of nuclear weapons to Ukraine until the country is accepted into the North Atlantic Alliance.

The President of Ukraine also voiced options for returning temporarily occupied territories seized by the russian federation.
