In Zaporizhzhia, number of injured due to missile and drone attack increased, 2-month-old boy injured

As a result of a russian missile and drone attack on Zaporizhzhia, one person was killed and 31 were injured.

This was reported by the Prosecutor General's Office.

Among the injured is a 2-month-old boy. Also injured were employees of the State Emergency Service and workers of the regional energy company, who were liquidating the consequences of the enemy's night attack on an infrastructure facility.

"One of the missiles hit a residential area and actually destroyed a two-story apartment building. The territory and premises of an industrial facility were destroyed. The blast wave and debris damaged multi-story and private houses located near the hit sites," the report says.

A pre-trial investigation has been launched in criminal proceedings into the facts of war crimes (Part 1, Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, russian occupiers destroyed an energy facility in Zaporizhzhia with strike drones.

It was also reported that today, January 23, the Kyiv Region was attacked by russian drones in the morning, and air defense forces were operating in the region.
