He also adds that German industry is extremely important for NATO and Ukraine, and reminded that American and European companies are cooperating in Bavaria to produce 1,000 missiles for Patriot anti-aircraft missile systems.

The Rheinmetall military plant responded to Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov's threats that their facility, which opened in Ukraine at the end of October, could become a target for russian attacks and stated that it was not the first time it had received such threats from russia.

It will be recalled that earlier Ukraine ordered eight advanced surgical stations for the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the German concern Rheinmetall.

At the beginning of June 2024, it became known that the Rheinmetall enterprise for the production and repair of armored vehicles became operational in Ukraine.
