Biden will not come to Ramstein meeting in Germany - White House

The President of the United States, Joe Biden, has postponed his trip to Germany due to the approach of Hurricane Milton, which is expected to hit the state of Florida in the near future.

White House spokeswoman Karine Jean-Pierre announced this at a briefing on Tuesday, October 8.

According to her, the President of the United States is postponing planned trips to Germany, as well as Angola, because of Hurricane Milton, which is approaching the country.

"Given the projected path and strength of Hurricane Milton, President Biden is postponing his upcoming trip to Germany and Angola to oversee preparations for and response to Hurricane Milton, in addition to the ongoing response to the effects of Hurricane Helen in the southern east of the country," said the spokeswoman of the White House.
