The Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body (CEDB) has opened disciplinary proceedings following the UEFA Champions League group stage match between FC Dynamo Kyiv and Besiktas JK (6-0), played on 6 December in Ukraine.

Ukrainian News Agency learned this from the CEDB website.

Charges against FC Dynamo Kyiv: Crowd disturbances; Setting off of fireworks; Stairways blocked; Insufficient organisation (lack of segregation).

Charges against Besiktas JK: Crowd disturbances; Acts of damage; Setting off of fireworks.

These cases will be dealt with by the CEDB on 2 February 2017.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, UEFA in February punished Dynamo with playing one match behind closed doors for the disturbances at the match played with Maccabi Tel-Aviv FC on 9 December 2015.
