AFU destroyed 710 occupiers and 37 armored vehicles. General Staff names russia’s losses for the day

Russia's losses in the war in Ukraine as of Monday morning, April 1, are 710 occupiers, the total number of losses of the russian army since the beginning of the invasion is 442,880 soldiers. In addition, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 35 vehicles and 32 artillery systems.

This was announced on the Telegram channel by the StratCom of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022 to April 01, 2024 approximately amounted to:

• personnel - about 442,880 (+710) persons were eliminated;
• tanks - 6,986 (+20) units;
• armored combat vehicles - 13,321 (+17) units;
• artillery systems - 11,082 (+32) units;
• MLRS - 1,023 units;
• air defense equipment - 744 (+1) units;
• aircraft - 347 units;
• helicopters - 325 units;
• UAVs of operational-tactical level - 8,757 (+26) units;
• cruise missiles - 2,057 (+9) units;
• ships/boats - 26 units;
• submarines - 1 unit;
• automotive equipment and tank trucks - 14,752 (+35) units;
• special equipment - 1,826 (+3) units.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the army of the aggressor country of the russian federation began to use less Kalibr missiles due to difficulties with logistics, trying to replace them with more effective types of missiles.
