AFU destroy 730 occupiers, 13 tanks and 10 artillery systems. General Staff reports losses of russians per day
The losses of russia in the war in Ukraine on the morning of Wednesday, January 17, amounted to 730 occupiers, the total number of losses of the russian army since the beginning of the invasion is 372,820 of the military. In addition, the Armed Forces destroyed 24 enemy vehicles, 14 AFVs and 13 tanks.

The total combat losses of the enemy from 02/24/22 to 01/17/23 were approximately:
- personnel - about 372,820 (+ 730) people eliminated;
- tanks - 6,126 (+ 13) units;
- armored fighting vehicles - 11,372 (+ 14) units;
- artillery systems - 8,811 (+ 10) units;
- MLRS - 964 (+ 3) units;
- air defense equipment - 653 units;
- aircraft - 331 units;
- helicopters - 324 units;
- operational-tactical level UAVs - 6,884 (+ 7) units;
- cruise missiles - 1,817 (+ 1) units;
- ships/boats - 23 units;
- submarines - 1 unit;
- motor vehicles and tank trucks - 11,755 (+ 24) units;
- special equipment - 1,367 (+ 2) units.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the losses of russia in the war in Ukraine on the morning of Tuesday, January 16, were 1,100 of the invaders, the total number of losses of the russian army since the beginning of the invasion made 372,090 of the military. In addition, the Armed Forces destroyed 36 AFVs, 33 vehicles, 30 artillery systems, 24 tanks and two units of aircraft.
