It is planned to restore fixed Internet and start launch of mobile communication and Internet of Kyivstar on Wednesday - SSU

According to preliminary calculations, on Wednesday, December 13, it is planned to restore fixed Internet for households, as well as start the launch of mobile communication and the Internet of the Kyivstar mobile operator company.

This is stated in the message of the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU), Ukrainian News Agency reports.

It is noted that SSU cyber specialists and Kyivstar specialists, in cooperation with other state bodies, are continuing work on restoring the network after yesterday's hacker attack.

"The digital infrastructure of Kyivstar was critically damaged, so the restoration of all services in compliance with the necessary security protocols requires time. One of the russian pseudo-hacker groups has already claimed responsibility for the attack. It is a hacking unit of the main directorate of the general staff of the armed forces of the russian federation (better known as GRU), which in this way publicly legalizes the results of its criminal activities," the message reads.

The Security Service of Ukraine continues to document the russian cyber attack on the civilian infrastructure of Ukraine as another war crime by the rashists.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Kyivstar promises to restore communication by December 14.

On December 12, a large-scale failure occurred in the work of the Kyivstar mobile operator, the company was subjected to a powerful hacker attack.
