Russian losses in Ukraine exceed quarter of million. 540 occupiers, 28 drones and 18 cruise missiles eliminated per day
Russian losses in the war in Ukraine on Monday morning, August 7, amounted to the 540 of the invaders, the total number of losses of the Russian army since the beginning of the invasion is 250,240 the military. Besides, the Armed Forces destroyed 7 tanks and 8 AFVs.

The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022 to August 7, 2023 were approximately:
- personnel ‒ about 250,240 (+ 540) people eliminated,
- tanks ‒ 4,244 (+ 7) units,
- armored fighting vehicles - 8,270 (+ 8) units,
- artillery systems - 4,977 (+ 12) units,
- MLRS - 709 (+ 4) units,
- air defense means - 467 (+ 1) units,
- aircraft - 315 units,
- helicopters - 311 units,
- operational-tactical level UAVs - 4,154 (+ 28),
- cruise missiles - 1,377 (+ 18) units,
- ships/boats - 18 units,
- automotive equipment and tank trucks - 7,451 (+ 10) units,
- special equipment - 735 (+ 1).
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the defense forces eliminated 620 invaders in a day and burned down 6 tanks and 32 artillery systems of the enemy.
Meanwhile, the Russian occupiers bring their killed soldiers by trucks to the Chaplynky morgue in the Kherson Region and bury them there. The bodies were buried in two locations.
