AFU Destroy 590 Invaders, 10 Tanks And 19 Artillery Systems. General Staff Names Russia’s Losses For Day
During the past day, June 15, the Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated another 590 Russian invaders, 10 tanks and 19 artillery systems.
This is stated in the message of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook.
The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022 to June 16, 2023 approximately amounted to:
- personnel - about 218,500 (+590) persons were eliminated;
- tanks - 3,965 (+10) units;
- armored fighting vehicles - 7,683 (+16) units;
- artillery systems - 3,812 (+19) units;
- MLRS - 606 (+2) units;
- air defense equipment - 364 (+0) units;
- aircraft - 314 (+0) units;
- helicopters - 301 (+0) units;
- UAVs of operational-tactical level - 3,357 (+24);
- cruise missiles - 1,199 (+0);
- ships/boats - 18 (+0) units;
- automotive equipment and tank trucks - 6,519 (+13) units;
- special equipment - 519 (+0).
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces Oleksandr of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi showed how Ukrainian artillerymen destroy Russian equipment in the Bakhmut direction.
Earlier, Syrskyi said that despite the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the loss of positions, the enemy continues to move the most combat-capable forces to the Bakhmut direction, combining this with powerful artillery fire and strikes by assault and army aircraft on the positions of our troops.
