AFU Destroy 460 Invaders And 25 Artillery Systems In A Day. General Staff Names Russians’ Losses
During the past day, May 25, the Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated another 460 Russian invaders, 3 armored combat vehicles and 25 artillery systems. This is stated in the message of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook.
Thus, the total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022 to May 26, 2023 approximately amounted to:
- personnel - about 205,720 (+460) persons were liquidated;
- tanks - 3,796 (+1) units;
- armored combat vehicles - 7,435 (+3) units;
- artillery systems - 3,384 (+25) units;
- MLRS - 570 (+0) units;
- air defense systems - 328 (+1) units;
- aircraft - 310 (+1) units;
- helicopters - 296 (+0) units;
- UAVs of operational-tactical level - 2,910 (+3);
- cruise missiles - 1,015 (+0);
- ships/boats - 18 (+0) units;
- automotive equipment and tank trucks - 6,161 (+13) units;
- special equipment - 446 (+2).
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, during today's night attack by the military of the aggressor country, Ukrainian defenders shot down 10 cruise missiles, 23 Shaheds and 2 reconnaissance UAVs of the occupiers.
Also, the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Serhii Popko, said that the Air Defense Forces of Ukraine shot down all the enemy targets that were recorded on Friday night, May 26, in the airspace over Kyiv.
