State Commission On Technogenic And Environmental Safety And Emergencies Transfers Vinnytsia And Khmelnytskyi Regions From "Red" To "Yellow" Epidemic Zone From December 15

The State Commission on Technogenic and Environmental Safety and Emergencies has transferred Vinnytsia and Khmelnytskyi regions from the "red" to the "yellow" zone of epidemic danger from December 15.

The Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers Oleh Nemchinov announced this on his Telegram channel following a meeting of the commission, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

"Based on the results (of the meeting), the State Commission decided to establish from 12:00 a.m. on December 15 the "yellow" level of epidemic danger in the territory of Vinnytsia and Khmelnytskyi regions,” he wrote.

The State Commission decided to apply on the territory of Vinnytsia and Khmelnytskyi regions restrictive anti-epidemic measures provided for the "yellow" level of epidemic danger.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on December 6, a reduction in the validity period of the "yellow" certificate from 120 to 30 days and a change in the rules of operation of public institutions and institutions in the "yellow" zone of epidemic danger came into force.

The State Commission on Technogenic and Environmental Safety and Emergencies transferred Kyiv, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Ivano-Frankovsk, Luhansk, Lviv, Odesa, Rivne and Kherson regions from the "red" to the "yellow" zone of epidemic danger from December 7.
