The commander of the 138th Special Forces Center for Countering Sabotage and Terrorist Attacks, Ivan Orlov, spoke about what is currently happening in Kupyansk in the Kharkiv Region.

"We continue to carry out tasks in the city itself, and also use UAVs and GRCs to support our troops.
