In Kyiv, after the russian attack on the night of June 28, a missile warhead was discovered near a residential building. Specialists dug up the dangerous object and transported it for further destruction.

This was reported by the Kyiv police.

The police received a report of the discovery of a dangerous find from residents of a residential building in the Darnytskyi district of Kyiv. Police officers arrived at the scene, evacuated the residents of the adjacent building, secured the scene, and cordoned off the dangerous area until the arrival of bomb disposal experts.

Explosives experts, together with rescuers, carried out work to remove the warhead of the missile - the dangerous object was carefully dug out of the ground and transported for further destruction in a specialized landfill.

Ukrainians were urged not to approach or touch suspicious or explosive objects if they were found, and to immediately report the find to the hotline 102 or 101.

As a reminder, on the night of June 28, the russians attacked Ukraine with anti-ship and ballistic missiles, as well as drones. Air defense shot down one of the two Zircon missiles launched by the enemy, as well as all six Iskander-M. A missile and 14 strike UAVs were recorded at 11 locations.

The russian occupiers attacked the city of Kyiv at night, in particular with the use of ballistic missiles. As a result of the attack, fires were reported in the Darnytskyi district of the city, as well as two injuries.
