It was reported in a statement by Energoatom on its Telegram channel, according to the Ukrainian News agency.

Energoatom is fully cooperating with law enforcement agencies and providing all necessary documentation and information in accordance with Ukrainian law.

The statement notes that the investigative activities do not affect production processes or the safe operation of the facility.

The Khmelnytskyi NPP is operating normally, ensuring the reliable and safe operation of its power units and stable electricity production to meet the country’s needs.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on April 28, the Khmelnytskyi NPP reconnected a power unit to the power grid following scheduled preventive maintenance.
