Russians attack transport infrastructure in Mykolaiv with Shahed drones
Today, June 11, russian forces launched Shahed-type drones at Mykolaiv. The city's transportation infrastructure was targeted.
Vitalii Kim, the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, has reported this.
"Mykolaiv. The transport infrastructure was under attack by Shaheds," the statement said.
The head of the Regional Military Administration added that, according to preliminary reports, there were no casualties.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on the night of June 11, russian troops attacked Konotop, striking a railway depot and a number of infrastructure facilities. As a result of the strike, a female employee of Ukrzaliznytsia, born in 1984, was killed, and four other railway workers were injured.
Due to the nighttime and morning attacks by russian drones, Konotop was left without electricity and water.
In addition, russian shelling knocked out a high-voltage power line supplying the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant. The incident occurred on the evening of June 10 during an air raid alert triggered by enemy shelling.
