Ukraine to conduct 2nd global taxpayer survey
Ukraine will conduct the second global taxpayer survey.
The State Tax Service announced this, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The survey is being conducted with the support of the World Bank in cooperation with the State Tax Service of Ukraine and is being implemented by independent research companies - Turkish UDA Consulting and Ukrainian Info Sapience - as part of the implementation of the National Revenue Strategy until 2030.
According to the report, the survey results will become the basis for improving tax administration, increasing transparency and improving service provision.
The purpose of the study is to collect business feedback on:
- time and costs of complying with tax legislation;
- complexity of tax administration;
- taxpayers' experience in interacting with the tax system.
This is the second wave of the Global Survey in Ukraine.
The first survey was conducted in May 2024.
The study is conducted according to the standardized methodology for a survey on taxpayers' expenses for tax compliance, developed by the World Bank.
Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs are invited to the web survey.
In the coming days, a link to the questionnaire will be sent to taxpayers in the private part of the Electronic Cabinet and will be distributed on the State Tax Service resources.
It is noted that the survey is conducted exclusively for research purposes.
Responses will be collected confidentially and anonymously and will not be transferred to the State Tax Service or any other government body.
The results will be published only in a generalized form and will not be used for inspections or other control measures.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the declaration campaign lasts until May 1, 2026.
To receive a tax discount, a declaration must be submitted by December 31.
