According to local residents, the first explosions occurred around 5:30 a.m. Kyiv time. The sounds of explosions were heard in the eastern and northern parts of the city.
Numerous photos and videos are being shared on social media showing drone flights and heavy fire in the city's industrial district. The footage shows a powerful column of fire and smoke in the area of the oil refinery.
There is currently no official information on the damage and possible casualties. The russian authorities have not yet commented on the incident.
In addition, last night, drones attacked an industrial enterprise in Tikhoretsk, Krasnodar Krai, which resulted in a fire. 224 people and 56 pieces of equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire.
