Acting director general of destroyed airport in Chornobayivka earns UAH 35,000 per month

The salary of the acting director general of the Kherson Regional Council's municipal enterprise "Kherson Airlines" Ihor Zvanchuk in 2025 amounted to UAH 420,800 (about UAH 35,000 per month).

This is stated in Zvanchuk's declaration for 2025, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

The acting director general of the airport owns an apartment with an area of ​​51.4 sq. m. and a land plot with an area of ​​807 sq. m.

Zvanchuk also owns a 2010 HYUNDAI SONATA car.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in 2024, Zvanchuk's salary increased 2.5 times to UAH 447,100.

For 2023, Zvanchuk declared UAH 175,750 in salary.

Kherson International Airport was located in the village of Chornobayivka near Kherson.

The main operator of the airport was the Kherson Airlines municipal enterprise.

On February 24, 2022, russian troops launched a missile and bomb strike on the airport.

Later, during the fighting, the airport was completely destroyed.

The village of Chornobayivka, where the airport was located, became known throughout Ukraine due to shelling, when the russian occupiers repeatedly tried to establish themselves in the settlement, and Ukrainian soldiers prevented them from doing so just as many times.
