Destroyed Donetsk airport’s director general Blyzniuk received salary of UAH 309,000 in 2025
Vladyslav Blyzniuk, the director general of the Donetsk International Airport named after S.S. Prokofiev municipal enterprise, which was destroyed in 2014, declared UAH 308,594 of salary in 2025 (about UAH 25,700 per month).
This is stated in Blyzniuk's declaration, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
In 2025, Blyzniuk received income from the alienation of real estate in the amount of more than UAH 5 million.
Vladyslav Blyzniuk owns a land plot of 992 square meters.
Blyzniuk does not have his own housing.
Blyzniuk declared USD 9,000 and UAH 3 million in cash, and his wife declared USD 5,000 in cash.
His wife owns two apartments with a total area of 144 square meters (in Donetsk) and 81 square meters and a 2011 LEXUS RX350 car.
In 2025, the wife purchased non-residential premises with a total area of 37.6 square meters.
The airport is located in the northwest of Donetsk city.
The airport suspended flight service on May 26, 2014 after the seizure of the airport by the militants of the terrorist organization "Donetsk People's Republic" and was finally declared closed on June 3, 2014.
It was destroyed during the hostilities between pro-russian illegal armed groups (IAGs) of certain districts of the Donetsk Region (ORDO) and the Ukrainian army in June 2014 - January 2015.
It is named in honor of the 20th century composer Sergei Prokofiev, who was born in the Donetsk Region
