PrivatBank Board Chair receives UAH 2.2 million salary in February

The Chairman of the Board of PrivatBank received a salary of UAH 2.2 million in February.

This is evidenced by data on the bank's website, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

It is noted that in February 2026, the Chairman, Deputy Chairman of the Board and members of the Bank's Board were paid part of the basic salary for January 2026 (60% - with full calculation of wages), part of the basic salary for February 2026 (40% - for the period worked from February 01, 2026 to February 20, 2026) and vacations were paid.

Thus, the Chairman of the Board of the bank, Mikael Björknert, received UAH 2.243 million in salary and UAH 625,000 in non-cash form in February.

The deputy chairmen of the board received salaries in the amounts of UAH 1.3 million, UAH 1.1 million and UAH 997,000.

The members of the board received salaries in the following amounts: two of UAH 1 million each, UAH 891,000 and UAH 996,000.

The Board of Privatbank consists of 8 people: the chairman is Mikael Björknert, the deputies are Nataliia Savchuk, Larysa Chernysheva and Oleksii Filipov, and the Board members are Solvita Deglava, Dmytro Musiienko, Yevhen Zaihraev, Anton Razumnyi.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, 100% of PrivatBank belongs to the state represented by the Ministry of Finance.
