On Friday, March 13, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will visit Paris to meet with French President Emmanuel Macron, a few weeks after the last meeting of the Coalition of the Willing.

It was reported by BFMTV.

The French presidential administration told the publication that Macron will receive Zelenskyy on March 13 at the Élysée Palace in Paris as part of the 11th visit of the Ukrainian President since the start of the full-scale war in Ukraine.

"The leaders of the two countries will discuss the current situation, the support of France and European partners in the defense of Ukraine, as well as means of increasing pressure on Russia, in particular the fight against its "shadow fleet," the Élysée Palace said.

It is noted that the presidents "will also discuss the conditions for a just and lasting peace and take stock of the commitments made within the Coalition of the Willing on security guarantees."

The meeting of the Coalition of the Willing took place on February 24, the fourth anniversary of russia's large-scale invasion. As the presidential administration emphasized, it "allowed us to reaffirm the commitment of 35 participating countries to Ukraine."

"While Russia's aggressive war against Ukraine has entered its fifth year and Russia, which has suffered a military, strategic and economic defeat, persistently refuses all proposals for a truce, Ukraine continues to put up military resistance," the Élysée Palace summarized.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, Ukraine is to receive from France Mirage 2000-5 aircrafts, which effectively destroy cruise missiles and attack drones, including Shaheds.
